I am here to listen and provide a non-judgmental space so that you can feel heard and understood. I help you explore your concerns, thoughts and feelings and improve your mental health by walking outside in nature. I believe that anyone can benefit from becoming more aware of how they see themselves, others, and the world and why.
Walk-and-talk on the farm
We walk outside in nature while talking about what troubles you. Our focus is on therapy as opposed to exercise. This may be helpful for you, if you find it easier to talk when moving or if you find the conventional therapy setting awkward or uncomfortable.
Working with farmers & the rural community
As I live on a working farm, I understand the unique challenges faced by those in the farming and agricultural community. I'm here to help you feel lighter and less troubled amidst the calming presence of nature.

My unique approach
My approach combines Transactional Analysis with ecotherapy. I incorporate nature as part of our therapeutic work. We may take a moment to calm ourselves and enjoy the view or talk about what we see and what it means to you. We also use nature to reconnect to our innate, natural drive for growth, health, and self-actualization ('physis') that gets blocked by adversity, such as stress, grief or trauma.
